Excellent company! I broke down in New Milford and called for assistance. I was told it would be about an hour, and they arrived right on time. Within just a few minutes, we were safely on our way to my preferred auto shop. A special thank-you to Dave, the driver, for his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and excellent service. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and hassle-free. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. Top-notch service, reasonable pricing, and a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you very much! Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and her sister were driving through the area when the turbo blew on her Sprinter RV. Big vehicle, big repair, not everyone is certified to work on them, parts can be difficult, etc. Lakeview Towing towed it in professionally, assessed the situation, informed us how long it would take, how much, etc. -- and then did exactly what they promised. That gets you five stars in my book! I'd trust them with all my repairs if I lived in the area :)

Extremely disappointing and misleading pricing. My tire blew out, and since I didn’t have a spare tire, I used GEICO roadside assistance to tow my vehicle here. I chose this shop for convenience because they also offered tire replacement service. I was quoted over $300 to replace my tire with a Summit tire—a very inexpensive budget tire that sells for around $70–$90 at Walmart. That price was completely unreasonable. Only after I questioned the quote did it suddenly drop to $191.55. Even then, I was told the tire alone cost $245, which simply doesn’t make sense and doesn’t reflect normal retail pricing. It gave me the impression that they were trying to take advantage of a customer whose car was disabled and who had very few options. The lack of pricing transparency is unacceptable. Looking back, I should have chosen Lang’s Auto Service, the repair shop recommended by GEICO, or another nearby shop that was actually closer to my home. Instead, I chose this business to support them, and I even had to pay the extra towing distance because it was beyond the mileage covered by my insurance. I regret that decision. I would not trust or recommend this shop to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with this towing company! They were extremely careful with my car and made sure everything was handled safely from start to finish. The team was very polite and professional, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. On top of that, they had a great sense of humor and kept things light while getting the job done. Aaron especially stood out—he went above and beyond, doing more than he had to, and made sure everything was taken care of. He truly deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication. I really appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star service!

These guys are only a towing company not a mechanic for semi truck. They scam people showing there fake reviews. The day i called them a guy picked up and said we have 2500+ reviews we will tow and fix your truck First they told me 1500 for truck and trailer both then when they got it towed it jumped to 2100$ with storage of my trailer until they can get my truck fixed which they never shared before starting the tow and after all this i was ok but then they didn’t even look at my truck for 2 days while i waited i called them every day give me an estimate they were like we will tomorrow for sure but after listening to there excuses i got my truck towed to other shop today and when other tow guy came they left my truck covered in snow so he gets pissed and leave but there plan did not worked. when my driver asked them to provide him with showel so he can clear snow himself since these lazy people doesn’t like to work but they also refused that You can also checkout the video And also there staff is rude and arrogant
